Refund Policy

At Beezy Eco, we stand behind the quality of our eco-friendly products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns on used beeswax wraps or opened cleaning tablets. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to make it right.

To Request a Refund:

• Email us at sales@beezyeco.ca with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
• Include a photo of the product if it arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipped.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Opened or used products

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards
